Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Gear
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring that protective films on helmets or skates have not been removed.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the equipment to verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
